Michael A. D'Amelio
With over twenty-five years of experience in transaction financing, business recapitalizations, and operations, Michael founded JMC. Prior to establishing JMC, Michael was President and CEO of TACC International Corporation. Currently, Michael is a director of several of JMC's portfolio companies.

He received his BS in Business Management and MBA in Marketing from Northeastern University.

G. Lawrence Bero
Larry brings over twenty years of financial expertise to JMC Venture Partners. His experience with transactions, financing and integration of acquisitions contributes in building financial success to the JMC portfolio companies. Larry, also a founding member of JMC, is actively involved with several of JMC's investment boards.

After earning a BS in Accounting from Boston College, Larry served as a Certified Public Accountant for over five years in Boston.

Raymond A. Fleites
Ray joined JMC Venture Partners on July 8, 2009. He brings to JMC over 23 years of financial expertise in acquisitions, divestures, operations, and commercial lending through a broad range of industries. Prior to Joining JMC Venture Partners, Ray was a Principal with North American Funds, a $115 million institutional private equity fund.

Ray received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and his Masters of Business Administration from Florida State University.
