The strength of the management team is the most important consideration in our investment decision. The team must have quality, depth and maturity, and proven relevant experience in its industry. We seek exceptionally motivated owners and managers who have demonstrated the skills, commitment and discipline to build a successful company.

Company Stage
We invest primarily in mid to late stage growth companies. We look for companies with viable economic models in growing or consolidating markets that offer the potential to generate a superior return.

Investment Size
Investments by JMC range in size from $500,000 to $3 million.

Transaction Type
Our Firm focuses its investment activities on recapitalizations and management-led buyouts. We have particular expertise in closely-held businesses. While we prefer to act as the lead investor in any transaction, we will always consider co-investing with others who share our investment thesis.
